One of the highlights was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with helpful maps and answered any questions we had with a smile. they went above and beyond by providing us with sandwiches for our early morning trip and even allowed us to stay in the room after check-out when I was feeling unwell. It felt so great to be welcomed so warmly!

Phong went above and beyond to help us when my phone was stolen, even assisting with communicating with the police. The location was perfect for us - quiet and within walking distance of the main tourist spots. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city. Nogias was our favorite place to stay during our Indochina trip.
